We may be a shop in a small town but in no way do we ‘think’ or ‘do’ small!
Our projects span from producing parts for an independent business owner to working with Fortune 500 companies with part sizes ranging from smaller than a dime to as large as a filing cabinet. It’s not about merely taking orders and recreating what you want.
Our focus is on helping you create the part you need through collaborative discussions with you, your engineers, the R&D team and the mechanical designer. Our knowledge in developing machines and assemblies for various industries provides you with the security, backed by a team of professionals who guide you throughout the entire production process.

With a manufacturing history firmly rooted in the machining of automation systems under the Transformix Engineering banner, our team has the experience, expertise, and understanding of machine-building principles, an asset to any manufacturing company. We understand the pressures on North American manufacturing and the innovation & creativity required to be successful and do what is needed to get the job done!
Our design approach incorporates both computer-controlled and human-engineered design. We deliver precise, accurate, stable and durable parts and tools that can be repeated with consistency and accuracy without exception.

We are all about collaborating with our Production Partners to solve any challenges that they may have or arise through the production process. Designing the part is the most critical factor in controlling tight tolerances along with the cost. We routinely maintain tolerances of +/-.0005 of an inch.

A NUFORMEX TALE
When COVID19 pandemic first entered our lives, no one knew how this would be our new ‘normal.’
With social distancing, businesses shutting down, continuously sanitizing our hands as our lives depended upon it and wearing masks soon became a daily part of our lives.
Very quickly, government officials reached out to companies to produce more masks, testing kits and hand sanitizers, which hit the manufacturing industry like wildfire. Suddenly, people who built businesses producing their own products began to switch over their automation to answering the ‘call of the people.’ One of our Production Partners was the first to step up to the plate, and they enlisted Nuformex to come along for the ride!
Over a span of 8 weeks, our team programmed, machined and produced one-hundred and seventy-four part numbers for our Production Partner, contracted to build a machine that assembled cartridges for COVID testing. Not only did we deliver on-time and on-budget, but we also met the demands of our other Production Partners. Our Nuformex team never wavered in getting the work done on weekends and into the wee hours of the night. Dedication to helping others is our mantra!
