Our history began under the banner of Transformix Engineering Inc. Here, our full-service machine shop worked with the engineering and design teams to manufacture 95% of automation parts internally and was deeply involved in developing its advanced manufacturing technology, CNCAssembly®.
When CNCAssembly® hit the market, it was not only disruptive but garnered the attention of ATS Automation Tooling, who acquired Transformix Engineering’s Intellectual Property and it’s CNCAssembly® technology (rebranded as Symphoni™). As our team made the majority of the parts in-house for Transformix machines, spinning-off the manufacturing division was an easy decision. We re-emerged as Nuformex, a team of great people led by 3 great guys: Clay, Paul and George.
Our Nuformex family has always been deeply invested in both the customers we serve and the company we have. In fact, we prefer to call our customers’ Production Partners as we genuinely appreciate the trust they place in us to help them tackle the manufacturing & production challenges they face.
A 20-year story in the making and we look forward to the chapters ahead!
When creating Nuformex, we saw a unique opportunity to collaborate with manufacturing companies looking for a machine shop that went above and beyond. We knew with our combined knowledge in:
We were more than ‘just’ a machine shop. We offered services and understood the intricacies of what it took to help businesses grow and get their product to market quickly.
We don’t just ‘take orders’; for us, it has always been about building relationships and collaborating with our clients as their ‘Production Partners’. Your success is our success. We believe this can only be achieved through a mutual invested interest between our team and yours.
We treat our business like a good marriage through open lines of communication with any of our Nuformex partners – Clay, Paul or George. Just call their cell, and they will answer.

HAPPY HOLIDAY
“It’s a FAMILY thing!”
Imagine, December 2019. Rainy, cold and miserable. Everyone was ready for the much-needed reprieve from work and looking forward to celebrating the holidays with their family and friends. As the holiday approached, most of our staff was already off for Christmas, but that didn’t stop us from helping out one of our Production Partners. They called seeking our help to meet a last-minute change in their customers’ deadline of December 28th.
Paul, one of our Nuformex partners, stepped up to the plate! Enlisting the help of his wife Heather, and Kris, owner of CROM Welding & Fabrication, Team ‘Family’ got to work!
With Heather helping Paul run the CNC Mills to produce the part and with Kris leading the charge for all the welding, we met our Production Partner’s deadline, and it was shipped to their customer right on time.
